Josephine is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in the humanities.  Serving as a Clinical Director, EDI consultant, and Psychotherapist for over a decade, her work has taken her to various settings, including prestigious Harley Street and challenging environments like Brixton Prison.

 

Josephine’s insights into neurodiversity make her a valuable advocate for accommodating neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. She is dedicated to promoting inclusivity, influenced by her personal experience with workplace neurodiversity.

 

Known for her relational approach, Josephine builds strong connections with clients, emphasizing trust and transformative change through mental health strategies and psychological interventions.

In recognition of her contributions to the field, Josephine holds a position on the Workplace executive board of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Her involvement at this level showcases her dedication to advancing the field, advocating for wellbeing at work, and shaping the future of the profession.

Janet is an Organisational Psychologist based in the UK, collaborating with diverse management consultancies on a range of transformative projects. Her work encompasses vital areas such as company restructures, culture change initiatives, employee capability assessments, outplacement support, training program facilitation, and career coaching workshops. At the heart of every project is a strong focus on employee wellbeing.

As a certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Janet employs a systematic and collaborative coaching style to assist managers and leaders in making logical and practical decisions that enhance performance. She firmly believes in the significance of balancing a person-centered approach to employee well-being with meeting the strategic needs of businesses. Janet acknowledges the multifaceted aspects of individuals’ life experiences that can influence their work performance and excels in identifying effective ways to support both individuals and organizations in reaching their fullest potential.

Drawing from her personal experiences with disability, Janet’s current research area revolves around advancing inclusive workplace policies and practices, striving to create environments where everyone can thrive.
